Applying for Council Housing


If you want to access Council or Housing Association accommodation, or need advice about your present housing circumstances, then you need to contact the Housing Needs Team. We deal with applications for housing, the allocation and letting of Council homes, and nominations to most local Housing Association accommodation.

In addition to providing housing services to our existing tenants who want to move home or exchange tenancies, we have a responsibility to provide housing advice and assistance to people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
