The Tandridge District Core Strategy was adopted in October 2008. It contains the Council's planning policy for Affordable Housing. However to provide more detailed information on the process of providing affordable housing on sites being developed for market housing the Council has published a Developer Advice Note. The Advice Note is available below. Appendix 1 to the document is a Model Unilateral Undertaking for affordable housing that is available to download as a Word document.
