The Inspector issued an Exploratory Meeting Agenda as a basis for the discussions at the meeting.
The Exploratory Meeting letter was sent to a number of representors inviting them to participate in the Exploratory Meeting.

On Friday 4th April the Inspector issued his Exploratory Meeting result letter.
On 9th April the Programme Officer wrote an Exploratory Meeting Notes covering letter to respondents enclosing the Exploratory Meeting Notes produced by the Inspector.
