By law businesses have to make their services accessible to disabled people.
Pubs, clubs, gym and swimming pools, hospitals, restaurants, shops and all service providers have to make "reasonable adjustments" to their premises, or the way they provide services so they are not unreasonably difficult for disabled people to use.
Tandridge District Council complies with the Disability Discrimination Act and has made sure its buildings and services are accessible.
