Publication scheme


The Freedom of Information Act 2000 required the Council to introduce a Publication Scheme setting out the type of information it holds, how the information is published and if a charge is made for the information. The scheme is a descriptive guide to the information routinely published by the Council.

The purpose of the Publication Scheme is to ensure a significant amount of information is available, without the need for a specific request.
