Mission statement

Tandridge District Council is committed to working in partnership with our community and other agencies to provide efficient services and enhance the quality of life of all the people of the area.

Tandridge District Council was formed in 1974 and is committed to providing the best possible local services for the population it serves.

Three departments

employing around 350 staff deliver the District Council services which include

  • elections
  • environmental health
  • homelessness
  • parks and open spaces
  • planning and building control
  • recycling
  • rubbish collection

The majority of staff are based at the Council Offices. including the Chief Executive.
