If paying for your Council Tax or Business Rates by Credit Card, the council will add a surcharge of 1.35%, which is what our bank charges us. There is no charge for using a debit card.
If this is the first time you have used this system you will need to register.
If you used the Girobank Billpay system to make payments previously you will also have to register to use the new payment system.
