Rent Deposit Scheme


Looking for a place to live in Tandridge?

Finding it hard to get the deposit together?

The Tandridge Rent Deposit Scheme may be able to help by offering landlords, with private property to rent, a bond as security for a deposit.

To qualify for assistance you must:

To apply just call 01883 715785 (answerphone) and leave your name and number. The scheme co-ordinator will contact you and explain how the scheme works and offer advice about benefits and estate agents. They may even be able to put you in touch with a landlord if there is a suitable vacancy. Best of all this service is free.

If you have already found a place to live, but need help with a deposit, the scheme co-ordinator can talk to the landlord on your behalf and outline the benefits of the scheme.
