The Estate Management section is responsible for the effective management of the Council's housing stock. It also provides services to leaseholders who have purchased a former Council flat (i.e. where the Council has retained the freehold).

Our objectives- To provide an efficient, friendly and accessible housing management service that reflects the needs and requirements of our customers, and to ensure the sustainable development of council estate as part of their communities.
Services to tenants and leaseholders include - estate cleaning services; central heating; complaints; debt counselling; estate management services; empty property management; garages; graffiti and vandalism; improvements; housing repairs; neighbour disputes; nuisance; rent payment; rent arrears; benefits advice; tenancy conditions; alterations by tenants; tenant consultation and tenants and residents associations.
Each council housing area has a Housing Management Officer who deals with all tenancy issues. If you need assistance, contact your Housing Officer who can arrange to visit you at home. If you don't know who your Management Officer is, please see the table below.
