Parking penalties and wheel clamps

If you receive a penalty charge notice please follow the instructions printed on the Notice.

You can pay your penalty charge using our parking payments system. It's safe, secure and payments can now be made by credit card and debit card. Other methods of payment are listed on the back of the Penalty Charge Notice.

Neither Tandridge District Council nor Surrey County Council clamp vehicles. If your vehicle has been clamped this will have been carried out by either a private company in respect of parking on private property or if the vehicle is untaxed it may be clamped/removed by the DVLA. You will need to contact the clamping company or DVLA to resolve the matter. Bailiffs working on behalf of Tandridge District Council also clamp vehicles in connection with unpaid parking penalties and in this case the bailiff company must be contacted direct.
