Parking permits

The Council has a parking permit scheme for residents and local traders using the car parks listed below.

Unfortunately the issue of a permit does not guarantee you a parking space, nor does it hold the Council liable for any damage or loss of a vehicle. The permits are specific to the car park, valid times and the car listed on the permit itself. These are not transferable.

We do not send out reminders, so the permit must be renewed within seven days of expiry, otherwise it will be issued to the next person on the waiting list. Any person holding a permit who does not comply with any of these details, may have their permit removed.
