Application forms

Building Control forms which can either be completed online (e-applications) or downloaded

If you choose the e-application option we can now accept attached plans for a full plans or building notice application and can take online payment for Building Notice and Full Plans applications.

If you prefer you can complete the online e-application form and still forward your plans separately, together with your cheque made payable to Tandridge District Council, to Building Control, Tandridge District Council, Station Road East, Oxted RH8 0BT, so that your application can be processed. (Alternatively you can also pay by credit/debit card by calling Building Control on 01883 732871/732852 between 9am and 4.30pm.)
