Application forms

To make a Building Regulations application you can either:

• Download one of the forms below under "Forms and fee schedule to download" to complete and post to us , or
• Go to one of the links below under "E-application forms" to complete an online application.

If you choose the e-application option we can now accept attached plans/other relevant documents/calculations for a full plans or building notice application as well an option to make your payment online.

If you prefer you can complete the online e-application form and still forward your plans separately, together with your cheque made payable to Tandridge District Council, to Building Control, Tandridge District Council, Station Road East, Oxted RH8 0BT, so that your application can be processed. (Alternatively you can also pay by credit/debit card by calling Building Control on 01883 732871/732852 between 9am and 4.30pm.)

Please note that Building Control fees will increase by 2.5% on 1 January 2010 to reflect the VAT rate change to 17.5%
