Our current fees are:

LLC1 & CON29 CON29 | 224 | £28 of this fee goes to Surrey County Council for Highways information - so the cost of our part of the search search is £196. We aim to normally return all searches in 4-5 working days although larger scale searches such as farms may take slightly longer. |

Fees are reviewed each year by councillors and any changes normally applied from 1 April.
If cheques are used these should be made out to " Tandridge District Council". Fee receipts are returned with the completed search.
Land Charge forms are normally provided by the Solictor dealing with your conveyancing.
Howevery, should you want a Land Charge Form (LLC1 & CON 29) these can be obtained from the National Supplier Oyez on 0870 7377370 or sales.sparoad@oyez.co.uk.
