You can contact the Council on the number, or e-mail below to find out about any land it owns.
To find out about any land the Council does not own, you need to contact Land Registry on 0191 301 2345, or www.landregisteronline.gov.uk to check if the land is registered. If it is and you need any information about the title, you will have to complete an application form and pay a minimal fee.
For land owned by Surrey County Council, please contact Property Information on 020 8541 9306, e-mail Surrey County Council Contact Centre.
Unfortunately, if the land is not registered there are no other central sources of information able to provide ownership details.
Does the Council have land for sale?
