On 2t September 2005 the Council adopted the Woldingham Village Design Statement as a Supplementary Planning Document to guide development within Woldingham Parish. The Design Statement is a material consideration in the determination of Planning Applications.

The Design Statement will be available from the Council Offices in Oxted or from Woldingham Parish Council.
