The applications can be viewed at the Council Offices between 9am and 4pm.
Interested Parties (e.g. residents) and Responsible Authorities may only make representations about an application for the variation of an existing licence or for a completely new licence. Representations can be made using the following representation form. You may make a written representation by using the TDC form or by writing your own letter. PLEASE NOTE. A petition will normally be regarded as one representation and any signatories must be resident in the vicinity of the premises."
